Shipping & returns.

Every order is packed by hand and sent with care. Here is what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives — and what to do if something is not quite right.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.

Delivery

Standard delivery: 5–8 business days within the United States.

Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days, available at checkout.

International orders ship in 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Rates & taxes

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $150. Below that, a flat rate applies and is calculated at checkout.

Taxes and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are free for US customers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges & issues

For a size or color exchange, place a return and a new order — this is the fastest way to secure your piece before it sells out.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
